SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This is the first phase of project design. It involves working with all of the design disciplines within a particular project to develop a workable conceptual plan that takes into account things like access to the site, building uses and layouts, parking needs, site drainage, sanitary sewer connection or wastewater system sizing, and aesthetic considerations like landscape planting, view planes and building elevation drawings
